The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 24" griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 287,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4" stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides. The range has a cooking top that is 37" high and is 60-3/4" wide. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, a griddle top on the left or right side, a raised griddle on the right side, and a 5 burner configuration with Pyromax burners in the rear and either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.
There are also several options and accessories available for the range, including a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate that replaces 2 open burners, and cabinet base doors.
