The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four Pyromax burners and a 24" charbroiler on the left side. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 224,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The range also has a front located manual gas shut-off and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It includes a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories are available such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable stainless steel legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners for catching grease drippings.
