The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four pyromax burners and a 24-inch charbroiler on the right side. The burners have a standing pilot, while the ovens have battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks. The range also includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 288,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. The optional charbroiler is available in 24-inch or 36-inch sizes and comes with removable cast iron grates. Wavy grates are also available for the burners.
Other optional features include cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle tops, raised griddles, and a 5-burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable stainless steel legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is made of double-sided, full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
