The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 48-inch griddle on the left side and thermostatic controls. It has a standing pilot and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range comes with a cabinet base and includes three racks. It has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 166,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5-burner configuration with a combination of Pyromax burners and standard or star burners. Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish.
