The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a variety of burners and features. It has three non-clog burners in the front right, two pyromax burners in the rear right, and four star/sauté burners on the left. It has a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The range also has two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 311,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops. Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
