The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four Pyromax burners, one raised griddle/broiler, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes a cabinet base with three racks and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 225,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven.
Other standard features include a front located manual gas shut-off, a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, and a 37-inch high cooking top.
