The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six non-clog burners and standard grates. On the right side, there is a raised griddle/broiler. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. It includes two standard ovens, each with one rack. The range also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel.
