The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 24" charbroiler on the left side, as well as two cabinets for storage. It comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 262,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. The cooking top is 37" high and the range is 60-3/4" wide.
The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops or raised griddles.
Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, with casters available as an option. The range also includes a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional doors that open from the center. It comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, and optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available without a shelf.
