The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four star/sauté burners and four pyromax burners on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. The range also comes with a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 356,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program, which provides additional benefits.
