The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a total of 9 burners. The front left side has 3 non-clog burners, the rear left side has 2 pyromax burners, and the right side has 4 non-clog burners. The range also includes wavy grates, a standing pilot, and 2 standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with 1 rack. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front left side, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 377,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, a front located manual gas shut-off to the entire range, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are also several optional features and accessories available for the range. These include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration, a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option.

The range also has coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow, and two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings
