The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as four pyromax burners on the left side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with one rack. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 313,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. The range also has a front located manual gas shut-off and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12 inches between burners. It also includes removable drip trays to catch grease drippings.
