The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates and a 24-inch griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. It has a cabinet base with one rack and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 255,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty with 24/7 parts and labor coverage. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5-burner configuration, a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is available upon request, and battery spark ignition is available for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.

The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf.
