The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as a 48" griddle on the left side. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a standing pilot and a total BTU of 134,000. The range is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
