The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 24" charbroiler on the left side. It has standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The range comes with two standard ovens, each with one rack included. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU rating of 352,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
