The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six non-clog burners and standard grates. On the right side, there is a raised griddle/broiler. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 231,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. Some of the standard features of this range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. There is also a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. Optional features for this range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, and cast iron star/saute' burners. There is also an option for 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, and pyromax burners. The range can be equipped with a griddle top or a raised griddle, both available with manual or thermostatic control. There is also an option for a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories for this range include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, and casters. There is also a hot top plate available, as well as cabinet base doors. Flame failure is available upon request. The range is constructed with a stainless steel finish and has adjustable legs. The oven interior is made of porcelain enamel for easy cleaning, and the range top has removable drip trays to catch grease drippings.
