The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features two 28,000 BTU open burners and a 48-inch griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, two cabinet bases, removable cast iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a shelf. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. The front, sides, and shelf are made of stainless steel, and the range comes with a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs.
