The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 48-inch griddle on the left side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total. The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 223,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5-burner configuration with a combination of Pyromax burners and standard or star burners.

Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition is offered for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish.
