The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and standard grates. It also has a 48-inch griddle on the left side. The range has standing pilot ignition for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Each oven comes with one rack. The range includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU output of 236,000. The range is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program. 

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range. These include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and Pyromax burners. The range also offers the option of a griddle top or a raised griddle, with manual or thermostatic controls. There is also a 5-burner configuration available, combining Pyromax burners in the rear with either standard or star burners in the front.

The range offers various options and accessories, including different flue riser heights, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, and cabinet base doors. It also has the option for flame failure, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters. The range comes with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
