The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners in the front and two non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 36" charbroiler on the right side. The burners have standing pilots, while the ovens have battery spark ignition. The range comes with one standard oven and one convection oven, both with battery spark ignition. It includes four racks in total. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 305,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the open top burners, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and Pyromax burners. The range also offers the option of a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration with Pyromax burners in the rear and either standard or star burners in the front, and various accessories such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf.
