The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24-inch griddle on the left side and two cabinets for storage. The range also includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 227,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a factory-installed regulator and standing pilot for the open top burners. The oven bases have battery spark ignition.
Other standard features include a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, and four removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grate top can hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
