The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners and four pyromax burners on the right side. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range is made of stainless steel and includes a front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 382,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

Other options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition can be added for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.

The range also includes a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and the option for a 5" or 10" flue riser without a shelf.
