The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 24" griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack.
The range is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU rating of 300,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Additional options for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Various accessories are available for the range, such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays to catch grease drippings.
