The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners and a 24" griddle on the right side. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. The range has a total BTU of 310,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a 4" stainless steel front rail. The range is 60-3/4" wide and has a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range can also be configured with a split burner arrangement, pyromax burners, or a griddle top or raised griddle. Additionally, there is an option for a 5 burner configuration, combining pyromax burners with either standard or star burners.
Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and the range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning, and the range top has a 27" deep cooking surface.
