The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as a 24-inch griddle on the right side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It also includes a cabinet base with one rack and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 255,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range also offers several optional features, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a center-to-center measurement between burners of at least 12 inches. It also includes two removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings.
