The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and includes (4) pyromax burners, (1) 24" charbroiler on the left side, (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition, and (1) convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with (4) racks in total and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 301,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of this range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for other cooking elements, various salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
