The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as four pyromax burners on the left side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range, and it comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 345,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, available in 24" or 36" sizes, with removable cast iron grates. Wavy grates are also available as an option, allowing for full use of the entire range top. These grates have a cast bowl design for better efficiency and are only available with 27K BTU non-clog burners. The range can also be equipped with optional cast iron star/saute' burners, which have 10 burners with a BTU rating of 33,000 each. The port arrangement of these burners allows for even distribution of the flame.
Other optional burner configurations include 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear, and pyromax burners with a BTU rating of 40,000 each. The pyromax burners have a built-in port protection drip ring and a patented high-output, three-piece, easy-clean design.
The range can also be equipped with an optional griddle top on the left or right side, or a raised griddle on the right side.
