The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 48" griddle on the right side. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 146,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops or raised griddles. The range also offers a 5 burner configuration option.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
