The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners and standard grates, as well as a 48" griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack.
The range is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU rating of 236,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. It also offers optional features such as a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. The range is constructed with a stainless steel cabinet base and has a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
