The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 48" griddle on the left side, with thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. It has one standard oven with battery spark ignition and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range comes with a total of four racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 223,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and Pyromax burners. The range also offers the option of a griddle top or raised griddle, with manual or thermostatic controls. A 5 burner configuration is also available, combining Pyromax burners in the rear with either standard or star burners in the front.

Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters for mobility, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition can be added to open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.
