The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 324,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. There are several optional features and accessories available for the range, such as a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, and split burner configuration. Other options include a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration, and various flue riser sizes. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish and has a stainless steel cabinet base. It has a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but optional 5" and 10" flue risers are also available. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
