The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 24" charbroiler on the left side. The burners have standing pilots, while the ovens have battery spark ignition. The range comes with one standard oven and one convection oven, both with battery spark ignition. It includes four racks in total. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 339,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. The cooking top is 37" high. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, a griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. The range also offers various options and accessories, such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is available upon request. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. It also offers various salamander and cheesemelter mounts. The range comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
