The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as four pyromax burners on the left side. The range also includes standing pilot ignition for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Each oven comes with one rack, and there is a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf included. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 358,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
