The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a variety of features. It has three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. It also has a raised griddle/broiler and standing pilot. The range includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. 

The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 276,500 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. 

Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. 

Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. 

There are also options and accessories available such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. 

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
