The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features two 28,000 BTU open burners and a 48-inch griddle on the right side. The griddle has thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. 

The range also includes a convection oven and a standard oven. The convection oven and standard oven both have a snap action thermostat for accurate temperature control. 

The range comes with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning. It also has two crumb drawers and a shelf for convenient storage. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. 

The range includes three racks in total for the ovens. The front, sides, shelf, and 4-inch front rail are made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The range also has 6-inch adjustable legs for stability. 

The range has a total BTU output of 206,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
