The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24" griddle on the left side and thermostatic controls. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 259,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5 burner configuration, combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.

Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. The range can also be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and different salamander and cheesemelter mounts. It comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69.
