The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24" griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven.
The range is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU rating of 310,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops.
The range can be customized with options and accessories such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. It is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
