The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and comes with (2) star/sauté burners and standard grates. It also has a 48" griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls. The range includes (2) cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 146,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and pyromax burners. There is also an option for a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration with Pyromax burners in the rear and either standard or star burners in the front, and various accessories such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight and the oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays under the burners.
