The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners and a 24" griddle on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with one rack. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 291,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. The range also has a front located manual gas shut-off and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories include a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven interior. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. It also includes two removable drip trays to catch grease drippings.
