The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features two open burners with a BTU rating of 28,000 each, as well as a 48-inch griddle on the left side. The range has manual controls and includes both a convection oven and a standard oven. The ovens are equipped with a snap action thermostat for precise temperature control. The range also comes with removable cast iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a shelf. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. The range includes three racks in total. It is made with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and has a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs.
