The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas/electric range that measures 36" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the back. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and one electric hybrid standard oven with one rack. It comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 198,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with various standard features such as a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also includes a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several options and accessories available for the range, including a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters with locks, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various salamander and cheesemelter mounts are also available. A 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose is included, and it complies with ANSI Z 21.69 standards.
The range offers several burner options, including 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners for even flame distribution, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, a 5 burner configuration with either standard burners or star burners in the front, and Pyromax burners with a high output and easy-clean design.
