The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. It also includes a raised griddle/broiler and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 302,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. The range includes four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories include a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
