The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front, two pyromax burners in the rear, and a 24" griddle on the left side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two convection ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks.
The range is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU rating of 291,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
