The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 24" charbroiler on the right side. It has standing pilot ignition for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. The range comes with two standard ovens, each with one rack. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU rating of 352,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
