The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and includes various features and options for customization. It has three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. It also has a 24" charbroiler on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the open top burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven base. It has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and comes with 6" adjustable legs. It has a factory-installed regulator and a 4" stainless steel front rail. The cooking top is 37" high and has four removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grate can hold up to a 14" stock pot. There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range has a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The cabinet base is also made of stainless steel. The range includes a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, but optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. It also has removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings.
