The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 24" charbroiler on the right side. The burners have standing pilots, while the oven has battery spark ignition. The range comes with a cabinet base and includes three racks. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 294,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. Flame failure is available as an option, and battery spark ignition is available for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.
