The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners and standard grates. On the right side, there is a 24" charbroiler. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range.
The range comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 339,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Additional features of the range include a 4" stainless steel front rail, removable cast iron grate tops, and a 37" high cooking top. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, and griddle tops.
Other options and accessories available for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
