The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 36-inch charbroiler on the right side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a cabinet base with one rack. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 249,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5-burner configuration with a combination of pyromax burners and standard or star burners. Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. The range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, with the option to add casters. It has a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors that open from the center.
