The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a variety of burner options. It features three star/sauté burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four star/sauté burners on the left. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with three racks.
The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU output of 343,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. There are also options and accessories available, such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
