The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 36" charbroiler on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 305,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, a flue riser with a shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity.
