The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and includes various features and options for customization. It has (4) star/sauté burners and (4) pyromax burners on the right side. The range also has standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The range comes with (2) convection ovens that have battery spark ignition and include (3) racks per oven. It also has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel.
The range has a total BTU of 356,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program, which provides additional benefits and support.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops.
Optional features and accessories for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
